Product information and availability
We aim to keep descriptions, images, specifications and prices accurate. Images may be illustrative, colours vary between displays and compatibility must be confirmed for the intended application. Products, pack sizes and availability may change.

Orders, online payment and quotations
Eligible retail pickup products may be paid through Stripe's hosted checkout. Prices are in Australian dollars, include GST where stated and are checked against Vantera's server-side catalogue before checkout. Your card is not charged merely by opening the payment page. A paid order is recorded only after Stripe sends Vantera a verified payment confirmation. We then issue a receipt to the verified customer email address.
A payment authorisation or receipt is subject to stock availability, pricing corrections and lawful order acceptance. If Vantera cannot supply an accepted paid order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund to the original payment method. Delivery orders, custom products and project quotations remain enquiry-first until freight, drawings, specifications, price and payment arrangements are confirmed.
Submitting an unpaid delivery enquiry or project quotation does not by itself create a final supply contract. A project price is based on the drawings, dimensions and requirements supplied and may change if that information changes.

Plans and uploaded materials
You confirm that you are authorised to provide any plans, images and other files you upload. You grant Vantera permission to use them to review, quote, design and deliver the requested project. Do not upload malicious files or material that infringes another person's rights.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights that may arise under the Australian Consumer Law.

Website availability and third-party links
We may update, suspend or withdraw website functions. External links are provided for convenience; Vantera does not control the availability, security or content of third-party services.

Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, Vantera owns or is licensed to use the website content, branding and layout. You may use the website for genuine personal or business purchasing and project evaluation, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit it without permission.
